Postnatal yoga is for recovery following birth and is great for every postpartum body. We will focus on gently building the basics of deep core strength using mindfully slow movements and breath work. It will address issues of abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength and will meet you where you are and go from there! I encourage you to get a journal to track your progress.
